Depending on our order volume and gemstone availability, it may take up to 7 business days to complete and ship your order. If something is out of stock, we’ll email you right away with an updated delivery date.

Not in love? No problem! You have 15 days to return or exchange your jewelry as long as it’s unworn and in its original packaging. Returns and exchanges ship free. More details here.

  • Store Safely: Keep your jewelry in a dry, air-tight container when not in use—use the FO|MA pouch you receive your piece in, or plastic bags work great!
  • Skip the Water: Avoid wearing in pools, saunas, and saltwater. While your jewelry is sturdy, minerals and chemicals can dull the finish :(
  • Minimize Product Contact: Sunscreens, lotions, perfumes, and hair products can affect metals and gemstones. We suggest taking off your pieces when using them.
  • Be Gentle: Remove jewelry before working out, sleeping, or doing activities that could tug or scratch your pieces.
