Returns, exchanges and refunds... because sometimes it’s just not the perfect match 💔✨ We want you to love your jewelry, but if it’s not quite right, no worries—we’ve got you.

Exchanges

Want to swap for something else? You've got 15 days from receipt of your order to let us know what you’d like instead and we’ll send you a return label and a price adjustment if needed. Once your original piece makes it back to us, we’ll ship your new item out—with free shipping.

Return shipping (within the continental US only) and exchanges are free when you use our prepaid return shipping label that will be emailed upon request for every eligible order. Items need to be in their original condition—unworn, unused, and in the original packaging (or a secure alternative) and sent back to FO|MA Jewelry within 15 business days of receipt of the order for a full refund. 

To make a return or an exchange, simply email us at hello@fomajewelry.com with your reason for the return or requested exchange. Returned packages must include: securely packaged merchandise and a reference to your original Order#. Please be sure to include your Order number so we can process things quickly!

Refunds
As soon as we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund—minus the original shipping cost if applicable—to your original payment method within 1-3 business days. (Heads up: it can take a little extra time for your bank or card company to post it.) If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t seen the refund, send us a note at hello@fomajewelry.com.

Damages & Issues
If your jewelry arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away so we can make it right.
