We want you to love your new jewelry! In addition to free shipping over $99 on your purchase, if you're not completely happy with your new jewelry, we'll cover shipping costs for you to return or exchange it!
We hand make every piece in our Nashville studio using natural gemstones and freshwater pearls. This process limits the number of pieces produced per design, which gives you a one-of-a few, vs one-of-many, handcrafted piece of jewelry.
We get it, sometimes things break or come undone. We're here to help if that happens! If any of our jewelry breaks or has issues for any reason (outside of normal wear), send it back and we'll repair it for free!
Not in love? No problem. You’ve got 15 days to return or exchange your jewelry as long as it’s unworn and in its original packaging. Returns and exchanges ship free, and refunds are issued within 1-3 business days once we receive your approved return. If something arrives damaged or not quite right, just reach out—we’ll make it right. Check out full return details here.
