All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods offered at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed, and you will receive email updates on the status of your order once it's shipped.

2. Product Details & Materials

Each piece of FO|MA Jewelry is handmade in our Nashville studio. Natural gemstones and pearls are beautifully unique—variations in cut, color, and size are completely normal and part of what makes your jewelry so unique. While we do our best to match stones and pearls to what's represented in our product pictures, no two pieces are ever exactly alike—and we think that makes yours extra special. ✨

3. Promotions & Discounts

From time to time we may run special promotions or offer discount codes. These offers are subject to change and may not be combined unless otherwise stated.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, and content on this site belong to FO|MA Jewelry. You’re welcome to share our work (thank you!) but please don’t copy, reproduce, or sell our designs, branding, or content without permission.

5. Liability

We craft our jewelry with care using high-quality materials. That said, FO|MA Jewelry is not responsible for any misuse, improper care, allergic reactions, or damage caused after your jewelry leaves our studio.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
