Free shipping on orders over $99 and free exchanges and returns ✨

NOTE: Currently, we only ship to the continental U.S. (48 states) from our studio in Nashville, TN.

Since every piece is handcrafted to order, most packages will ship out within 1–3 business days or order receipt. Depending on our order volume and gemstone availability, it may take up to 7 business days to complete and ship your order. If something is out of stock, we’ll email you right away with an updated delivery date.

You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order is on its way. Please note: we’re not able to ship to P.O. boxes via USPS.

When your jewelry arrives, give it a quick check and let us know within 3 days if there are any issues so we can make it right. You can find our Return & Exchange policy here.

Final Sale Note: End of Season, Friends & Family, and other Final Sale items aren’t eligible for refunds, but you can exchange them or receive e-store credit.
